Sonnet 30: Our 7th Wedding Annie-versary

Annie & John
Every love song seems to be about you
Every lyric seems to perfectly fit
A love like yours is too good to be true
My love for you I readily admit

Each love poem I read describes your beauty
Each says it better than I ever could
To love and protect you is my duty
And to worship you like any man would

All the sculptures of beautiful women
All of the paintings of goddesses too
Yet never has there been a sweet siren
So alluring and entrancing as you

Just as immeasurable is my love
As drops in the
oceans or stars above
